I. Describe yourself: I'm a sophomore in college, and while I tend to believe that I am rather outgoing, the truth is that I'm more of a social-phob. I'm a perfectionist, and I have to make the best grades, have a clean room, and make sure I only am around certain people. I love to read, and I actually love going to college. I can be depressed at times, which I suppose makes me a downer, but I like to think you're more philosophical when you're down.
II. What are some of your pet peeves? I hate when people repeat things they're telling you. Like, if someone asks "Do you see that?" and you answer, (or choose not to), and they insist on asking again and again. This bleeds over into tapping, jiggling your leg, ect.. I hate things like that. I also hate drinking and drugs- they are big pet-peeves for me. They make me terribly uncomfertable.
III. What is your take on religion? I'm not particularly religious at the time, but I believe it is a journey everyone should attend to before they die. I think finding something you believe in is important and you won't feel whole without out. Sadly, I just haven't had time to investigate all of the many religions yet, so I can't claim one. I don't mind people who are religious, but ones that are terribly so are very annoying.
IV. If you were a character in the Harry Potter series, which of the following would you be? (Pure-Blood, Half-Blood, Muggle Born, Squib, or Muggle) I would probably be a half-blood because I was adopted, and I can imagine being in the same boat as Tom Riddle. One muggle parent, one witch.. the muggle wasn't aware, and whoops. Wasn't happy when they found out. I know it's weird, but never knowing your real family, you tend to make yourself believe anything.
V. Which house do you not fit in at all? I think there is a little of every house in everyone. I would be lying to say that I wasn't in the least brave, cunning, vindictive, loyal, or gready for learning. I suppose, though, that I would say Slytherin. Although I am very set on doing anything in my power to get things I want or need, I don't think I could ever go over to the dark side, and as many dark wizards are from Slytherin, I'll go with that.
VI. How do you feel about inter-house relations? A little rivalry is for the best, but all-in-all, they should stick together. The stronger you are as a whole, the sturdier you are. I guess House Points make it hard to want to be totally friendly with everyone.. I mean, who doesn't want to win the House Cup?
VII. If you recieved a Howler from your parents, what would it be for? For something stupid not worth getting in trouble for. I never do anything wrong, so I get in trouble for things like not brushing my hair, or my mother not thinking my outfit matches, or just getting accused for things I didn't do at all. My mom likes to imagine bad things happening far too often than they do, and even tho I'm 19, critisizing is one of her favorite past times.
VIII. What would you die for? I would die if it meant saving my fiancees life, saving any number of children, ending war (for good), or if it meant no one would have to suffer great amounts ever again. I hate knowing there are diseases and hunger.. I'd like to prevent them.
IX. If you found your best friend's diary would you read it? Your worst enemy's? I would read the diary. I'm completely nosey.. I would have a good reason, though, I'm sure. I think reading someone's diary lets you know more about the person, and that'd be fascinating to know. You could relate to them more. I'd probably read my enemy's and start telling what I read around everywhere.
X. What is your life's dream? My dream in life is to be successful. I've worked hard since Kindergarten to be top of everything, and I'd hate to let it all be in vein. It bothers me when someone who failed school gets a great, well-paying job. I know school isn't everything, but it's counting for less and less nowadays, and that's a shame.
XI. What makes you unique? Explain. I'm unique because I can be content with one book. I can read it over and over and never tire of it. I don't wear makeup. I love my freckles. I have above 20/20 vision. I get high on life and enjoy the little things a lot, but I can also be forever bored and not get interested in anything for days.
XII. What sets you apart from the crowd? I don't follow trends. Even if I were to try, I'd just fail miserably. I'm a complete nerd, and I've just grown to accept my fate and take it in stride. I like standing out, because why go unnoticed?
XIII. Which of the Seven Deadly Sins (envy, pride, gluttony, wrath, sloth, greed, lust) do you feel you possess the most? Envy. Although confident in myself, I always find myself longing after other people, wishing I could know what it was like to be them.
