I have killer cramp today. :(

I only ever seem to get it really bad when I'm going out somewhere I have to go to. I used to get it when going to work & now I get it when I have the careers office at ten o-fucking-clock. I've to go make a cv & sit in a room with half of Castlemilk & possibly get various comments shouted at me such as

i had to go to the careers office yesterday
it's a gruelling process which is embarrasing
and quite frankly i would rather eat my own face off
