if i could vote, my vote would be for kerry. i dont really like him or bush...but i think kerry is the lesser of the two evils.

This is a very tricky situation to deal with. There are so many cases in which abortion should be allowed. Like incenst or rape. I dont think the law has the power to tell people what to do with their bodies, regardless if they think it is moral or not. Maybe some one did have sexual intercourse knowing the consequences and still chose not to use protection, but in the end, they're the ones that are going to have to take care of the child, not the government. Personal belief shouldn't be incorporated into the whole thing. I personally think the above (having sex and knowing the consequences) is wrong, but it's still not my place to say hey you can't have an abortion if i am not taking care of the baby.
its just not fair.
13. Gay marriage? i'm all for it. when it comes down to it, love is all that matters. no matter what. and no govertment should be able to put laws on love.
14. Religion? i love every religion and i love learning about peoples different opinions on god and the way the universe works. it fasinates me.
