i was just talking to a friend going through the same thing. he talked about getting really depressed.. i never really thought he was sad like that all the time. just know you arent alone. hey look at me, i was sad and didnt do a very good job of hiding it. just dont bottle things up, but rather do the opposite.. dump that shit out. then fill up that jar full of love and butterflys. you are the one that decides how you ultimitally feel and take things. just belive in yourself and that everything will be ok.. and everything will be.
