eek! a mouse!

so i'm sitting here on my bed watching my cat kill a mouse because somehow this thing got into my room and alex found it... so he chased it around and around while i sat at my desk and it ran right under my feet so i got up and sat on the bed. then it was hiding and i didn't want to get up for fear that it would then a. run away or b. attack me?

i'm not sure.. i finally gave up and went to bed with it still under my cds and my cat watching intently. i just woke up and there are a couple cds knocked off and my other cat max [who is much better at catching mice than alex] was sitting there looking in that direction. usually when they kill mice they carry them to a very open area, they don't hide them. usually they take them to like the middle of the hallway. so i'm about to get up and venture first to the cd rack and look underneath and then out into the hallway i guess. it sucks cause i don't want to find a dead mouse but i guess i'd rather find it than not...

i'll keep you posted haha.

ooh good luck. one time when i lived with darren we had a mouse and set a trap. then one night at midnight it went off...so we went into the kitchen and he pulled out the trap and there was that mouse, alive, in the trap. i started to cry really hard cuz i felt so sad for it.

it would be funnier if you had a pet mouse and it was chasing an elephant around.

oh yes. hilarious situation. i'd keep the elephant as a pet also.
