My Mum fainted.
She read my letter and saw my badge.
And fainted.
It's a good thing my Dad caught her.
She's up in bed still muttering things about how proud she is and such.
She insisted I get a new broom, but that may have just been her lack of consious thinking.
I just got one last year.

Oh, she's fine. She fainted once when I got hurt playing Quidditch. No one was around to catch her that time. She was out for a few hours.

She's a bit overprotective.

She kind of reminds me of my mum. My mum doesn't faint a lot, but she's definitely overprotective. It took ages to convince her to let me try out for Quidditch...not that I wouldn't have done it without her permission anways...

My Dad wouldn't have had it any other way. He loves it. Took ages to convince my Mum, but he did it.
