coz none of us want to spend $70 on a dress that we'll only wear once in awhile to a party. this way we can afford something nice and not just something from harbour town (poor uni students, remember!) and..yeah. none of us wear dresses that often, so if we only have to put in around $23, then...its good. *nods*
