Not bad... the skin didn't crisp up and was kinda gross, but it was pretty easy considering I bought the bird at WalMart for 10 bucks... it came stuffed, seasoned, and even with a little plastic "pop up thermometer" to let you know when it was done, so it was pretty foolproof.

I want to pick up another one and actually try it in the oven next time.
