All right, I'm a little bit evil, and I don't even know Max, but saying, "I got Max in the end" would have been darkly humorous and quite slashy!

Poor Michael. Didn't you read the fine print? It's your official responsibility as my first to save my ass at least once a month and stop me from acting noble and stupid... which is a full time job, I admit.

I never got a copy of the damned contract, let alone the fine print. If you've got one, I need to read it.

You know, things would go much smoother if you'd get over that noble and stupid phase. And phases? Generally don't last this long.
