So sorry to hear that your grandma passed away. :( It is awfully hard losing a family member you are close to. Though your year sounds pretty good in other respects!

Are you still in touch with Fi? And are you back in Brisbane yet? :)

Hi Marissa! I'm not back in Brisbane yet, but I will be back around February 16th. I'm fly home from the UK next week. I will have three days on the Sunshine Coast and then I'm off to Perth for three weeks, followed by Darwin for 10 days, and then finally I get back to Brisbane. I'll be starting back at uni around the end of February. I can't wait to catch up with you again! It sounds like you a really enjoying your PhD... fingers crossed so will I! Congratulations on everything regaring A.! I was so proud of you and was thinking of you the whole time! xxxxx

Sorry to hear about your Nanna, I can only imagine how horrible it would be if I lost mine.

Yes... but you've almost finished your degree and from reading your journal every now and then over the past year it sounds like you've grown so much personally! As for Coldplay, they really are a lot better than what I first thought. I saw them in London a few weeks ago and they were so amazing live!

Well, you've certainly had the most interesting year I've come across! I really thought you'd disappeared from the internet forever, but after all you've been doing, who would have time for such trivial things!
You must tell me all about Thailand! I'll most likely be going there soon...

I’ve just stumbled upon Livejournal again, and wanted to say hi! You might not remember me but I remember you very well from back in the day. Probably nearly 20 years ago now. When did we get so old? Anyway you might not even see this but just know you’ve crept into my thoughts today. :-)
