Dress.
So I just bought a dress that is going to definitely be my "night out on the town for New Year's Eve" dress. And if it looks cute enough I'm probably going to wear it to a wedding next spring.
That's the dress on the model, but they have it in red, which I think is more fun.

Then, if the shades match I can wear my super cute red shoes.
They've been titled my "Minnie Mouse shoes", because when I was out drinking some drunk guy came up to me and said I looked like Minnie Mouse.
If the reds don't match, I can always fall back on my wonderful black peep toes.
Those have seen me through many weddings and parties. I bought them to wear to that swanky Dining by Design event this past May.
And finally, I don't care if "trendy" people are saying waist belts are out. I still love them. So I have two cute options, that will look good with the red. My elastic one with snaps, or the polka dot sash I've had since high school.
