Can anyone source some portable sound recording equipment by Saturday? Money, dinner and a night with hookers in a spa are all on the cards for your re-numeration. I can't really reveal it's use but let me assure you it will be worthy and treated with the up most care and respect by a professional (as soon as you teach her how to use it).

Actually I smiled and thought about you too tonight. I was walking past the Opera House here and there was an OB van for the radio station with a guy in there SURROUNDED by hot digital audio gear. I was figuring out how to get it back to Sydney so you could record the rats :)

Lack of sound equipment is a pain in the arse. Everyone buys cameras, nobody buys a mixer set or good set of mics...
