Thoughts on:
self-mutilation: I'm alright with it to an extent having been a self mutilater myself for a few years but i wouldn't advise it to anyone else.
abortion:Now this is a touchy subject, im not really all for it in some cases. For example if a teenage girl goes around and has sex with her boyfriend for however long and doesn't use a condom or the pill and just clearly has unprotected sex then i think this option should NOT be available as it would be an easy escape for them, when they won't learn from their mistakes. However it should be available if there would be health issues with the pregnancy or its the end result of a rape, or child abuse or something.

popular culture: I'm not sure what u meant but i think its ridiculous following trends etc and popularity who cares as long as your yourself and have fun being yourself
