to anyone in the chicago area -
i'm 17 and i wanna get my lip pierced...and i dont wanna diy it. is there any place that isn't too shady that i could get it done at w/ out id?

if not most of my friends are older, and i might borrow one of their ids. do the places pay much attention to the ids?

any place that is worth going to and that will actually do a good job... ie no shady needles/cheap jewelry/lame aftercare/sterilization WILL pay attention to ID. honestly, its better off waiting till youre 18 and doing it at a reputable studio that will do a good job and take care of you (and you won't end up with a crooked or infected piercing because of a stinky shop
