Glad I moved away from Bham. Eric (the beard) and I just get boats, not babies. Our new(ish) gaffer is a way better than an infant, though probably similar in cost.

I bet your 2nd hand gaffer (the best way to get 'em) is cheaper than the house + the gaffer. Do you two know anyone who needs a 24 foot hollow spruce mast, with tabernackle? My gaffer used to be a ketch until a fateful day with a sazall.
