I love Chem lab, it's quite amusing when it all goes wrong and it's (for once) not our fault. We were doing acid/base titration. Two things are an absolute necessity for this to work, one of these is an acid and the other is a base. When the erlenmeyer flask labeled NaOH, is not in fact a base at all and will not cause the indicator to turn

Who doesn't love chem labs?

Well... my chem lab doesn't count. It's six hours long and there are no chairs. Or stools... no sitting at all. A lot of that six hours is waiting for your reaction to go.
