I dissected a fetal pig in biology today, and it was pretty much the coolest thing ever. Ours even had a very messed-up liver - there was only about half of it there and it was all mushy. And so, when I got back, I of course had to search on-line to see if I could find what caused it. Unfortunately, I did not succeed :(

I remember doing that!
I was sick the whole week too, so I wouldn't near it. I watched.
But I do remember my friend, Patrick, taking the heart, cutting it half way, and making it say "Feed me Seymour."

My lab partner was a cheerleader and when I nonchalantly broke the jaw open or made any kind of incision, she screamed.

That was so much fun. I was the only person in my group who was all gung-ho about it. And who cared.
One person wanted nothing to do with it, someone helped when I needed it, and someone else tried cutting down the abdomen and was practically sawing at it. Ugh.

Did you look at the brain? That was neat.
I was afraid to look and see if it had any eyes.

In our class this one group took out the small intestine and unwound it.

Good times.
