Subj: Apartment Sublet available
howdy folks-
as most of you know, i'm off to india in a month. i do have to sublet my fabulous apartment. (finding a good apartment is *very* hard- so i'm very sad to be leaving the grand place.)
i'm asking for your help- please send this email to all/any interested parties-- i would rather this sublet go to a trusted friend/colleague than a stranger (i'll even negotiate the rent for a good candidate-- and the current roommate is really wonderful). any/all help is appreciated.
j.
