I've been listening to that song quite a bit lately as well, as the lyrics remind me of a situation with someone that I'm sure you're sick of hearing about ;)
And I'm not sure if you noticed it, but the beginning of "Map of the Problematique" sounds similar to beginning of Depeche Mode's "Enjoy the Silence". I discovered that earlier this summer while at work, and told everyone I knew there who had any idea who the two bands were. No one agreed with me. Just like how almost no one agrees with me when I say that Muse is better than Radiohead, especially when they try to compare the two bands. I'm beginning to think that my claim of such is akin to heresy with some people, and that I could quite possibly be hung for thinking as such.
