GRAMMYS 2003
Last night were the Grammys up in New York City, i arrived a little after Nelly and the Lunatics did. I came down the carpet with none of then the man, Ja Rule, and boy did he say some nonsense stuff about me, like my cd would be the last one he'd listen too. ;)..
anways the show went pretty well, I WON A GRAMMY :) really i was like wow, it was for, Contemporary R&B Album: Ashanti, Ashanti soo I feel pretty good about that. Nelly won two grammys so I was also happy about that. The peformances were awesome. Norah was off the hook, banging peformance and all the awards Im happy for her. Then we got to Nellys peformance, and did it seem like to me she was just changing some words and everything and more touchy feely, that kind of got to me but you know. Its okay, its only a song and I have him anyways. But other than that he did good. My peformance was good, I thought. I did "Dreams" and had the children come up at the end. Aisha, you see your kids on my video thing before I came out. They are the cutest kids ever. But all the other peformers were great as well. last night was just a pretty good night.
And Charli was there? I didnt even bother with her, I just ignored her and it went pretty well. Like I care if she watched me or not. But its alright, my night was great.
I was checking the information on the Grammys today, like best and worst dressed and well Kelly Rowland was on the worst dressed, which was a big shocker to me. Nelly was on the best dressed and he DID look pretty good last night. As for me, well I was on the best hair list, which is something, hey I wasnt worst dressed which is good enough for me. I thought i did look pretty good last night also.
But Congrats to everyone who won, you all did amazing :)
