while this is my fourth year back in gainesville, everything feels completely different. i basically inhale coffee. i walk through a hospital to get to the cafeteria/bookstore/professors' offices. i get stuck in elevators with 32983298 gorgeous med students, and stare at them accordingly. i sleep an average of 5 hours a night. i go out on

I'm really sorry about Lucky. I know exactly what you're going through because that's what happened when Smokey was diagnosed with lymphosarcoma. Same prognosis, so we put him on the prednisone instead of chemo and he went into remission for a few months. After a while though, he started getting worse again, could barely breathe because the swollen lymphs.. so we finally put him to rest. It was really hard but I just always think about the 11 amazing years of unconditional love he gave to our family. Pets are such blessings and the way they enrich our lives is incredible. Anyway, sorry I wrote a novel in this comment, but I just wanted to let you know that I am here and I understand. <3
