Ah, that is okay, no worries about that. The issue of getting a pet would undoubtedly return in our household anyway, so it is for the better. We have.. different ways of getting his affection. Concerning that, she can not compete with me by far. *smirks as well*

At this time, yes, it is rather convenient... I thank you for your well wishes. Hopefully the Gods will allow us to be together for many, many more years. As long as I am around, I will see to it that I get the most affection from my husband, simply because I am his husband and not a cat.

Ah yes, I do not think the cat and the dog will get along nicely. My apologies, Anzu, but I did not ever expect to recieve a cat as an anniversary gift.

Actually, sending a Pharaoh a cat is quite a crude joke- cats are holy animals, and officially I am not allowed to touch it, lest Bastet smites me for even thinking of touching her patron animal.
