Mmmm oxygen

It's pretty easy for me to tone and put on muscle if I go to the gm regularly. I don't get dramatic bulk increases, and I'm finding that in order to do that I'd really have to be putting more time and concentration than I can afford at the moment. I think no matter what happens gaining weight is probably going to be very difficult for me to do, ( Read more... )

I've just started pilates and have really enjoyed the first two classes. I bring this up because two concepts incorporated in pilates is breathing and stretching.

Has there been a noticeable difference in your physicality or energy level since beginning?

I've only had two lessons so far, one a week. So far the only change -- and it was instant -- is more awareness of my body, posture, and certain muscles.
