I'd say to get him a card to the marina shop, that way he can pick out whatever he wants.

I thought the same thing about the landlord...I think he was just having problems with the tenants allowing him to show the suite (or so he says). He seemed ok when we met him yesterday.

I think the hunt is still on, though. We liked one place, but the living room was a weird shape...they had their couch basically going down the hall! I'm getting a bit worried because I don't want to commit to someplace I don't 100% love, but I do want to move (I've been feeling really down about having 2 apartments & hating them both) & there aren't a ton of "nice" places in our price range with everything we want either.

There's some nice apartments on Pandora near me and Will's place that I noticed were available for rent. They have fireplaces and dishwasers!! Two bedrooms. You should drive by and check it out. They're browninsh and on the right side a bit before Chambers St.
