I'm trying to be healthier too :-( Sometimes (like most of the time) it isn't very easy.

My goals are:
take my multi-vitamin, drink a litre of water, eat 5 servings (.5 cup each) of fruits and veggies, excercise four times a week and say no more often to junk food. The hardest part by far is getting the veggies and saying no to junk, excess fat and sugar.

I've fallen off the wagon so hard in the last week (and I've only been at it ofor 3...) Oh well, time to clamber back on!

Good luck! And lets exchange healthy *tasty* recipes cause most of the stuff out there sucks.

I'm finding that by replacing junk food With veggies in my brain I'm doing better with those.. IE grab a bag of baby carrots instead of bernies or a cookie or whatever..

I am unemployed and unbusy and would be willing to get active and exercise with one or both of the Sara(h)(s)! I try to ride my bike a lot, but without a commitment, I tend to sit around in my pyjamas until the afternoon most days.

Who does what for exercise? Gym? Swim? Hike? Bike? I'm up for anything. I'd like a workout buddy anyway! It's more fun that way :)

LOVE YOU BOTH!

Sara -- I'm sorry you feel poopy. You are the opposite.

Are you graduating in November or June? Either way, we must party (oh god I almost wrote study!) hardcore for a week when it happens :)

hawt, Sara!
I also had a stupifidily crappy test today where i left stuff blank partially for lack of knowledge, and partially for running out of time.. ugh. Worst feeling!
Sara and I both finish in December, so the June grad pour nous.. There sure will be a party or 10.

I hate days where one feels like a blob of gross, it doesn't matter how beautiful one is these days are sure to come upon us every so often.

My mom told me that even back in her modeling days there would come times when her or her friends just felt 'ug.'

That being said I hope you are past that and able to see how truly beautiful you are, from the inside out.

If you wanna come over and watch ANTM I can try to make sure to have healthy snackies (or none at all) :)

i can try to bring carrots, pepper, cucumber, pickle.. that's about all i have, but they're gonna go bad before i can finish them alone (possibly too late already?) so i'll try to bring them over if they're still good :)
