well, I'm pretty entrenched in a running/work out routine of my own and thus far have lost approx. 30 pounds. I'm about to step things up so I can finish some toning and such before the summer so this'll definitely help.
jsyk, I joined something called the dailymile and it helps keep track of your runs. you may want to look into that. I have a ton of other suggestions but I'm a bit drained from work and my brain's not functioning properly rn.
