American is super lame. I know it must be really hard right now- I understand all too well what it's like to get your hopes up and then get shot down. But I promise you that this happened for a reason. You are meant to go somewhere else (Brandeis?) where you will thrive beyond belief and then completely forget about American. I know you will work this out- you have so much going for you. In the meantime, remember that I'm always here if you need to vent some more.
Besides, who would want to go to a school that even offers non-degree programs?
