i didn't choose this role

If you didin't know, I quit the nanny gig. I am a much better person for it, and I know that even though things might not always be smooth, or go the way that I want them to I am never gonna feel like how I have felt being in this house, and having this job. I don't regret the move or being here because I feel that I have grown & learned so much, ( Read more... )

Hey Bekah, it was great to see you Sunday. You look very happy and fabulous! I didn't know that you had quit the nanny job. I am getting the idea that it is not generally a long term kinda deal as it seems to be rather stressful and hindering to having a life of your own. But, as you say, you learned a lot during your time doing it, as I think Hampton did as well. I wanted to comment on your remarks about realizing you are beautiful, and I just wanted to reinforce that. You are uniquely you, and you have your own sense of style and confidence, and size ain't got nothin to do with being beautiful! I find that I notice people who are comfortable with who they are and find my self wanting to be like that, and they are the ones I find most attractive. You mentioned a clothing line called Mango Booty for plus sized girls. It's funny, for several years I've wished I knew how to design clothes because I get so frustrated with the lack of stylish, good fitting clothing for women my size that don't either look frumpy and old or ( ... )
