(no subject)
OK here is my rocky mount entry it's going to be long so bear with me.
Tuesday night I couldn't sleep at all. I was so anxious and excited for the 5 days I had been anticipating for so long. Finally I fell asleep and woke up/got ready. Emi and I left from the house around 12 I think and got to Baltimore at like 1:15ish maybe? Our flight left on schedule and we got into rocky mount at 4:20 ish if I remember right. Adrian picked us up from the airport (thanks again!) and we met up with Dave and got Sheetz. We went back to Adrian/Steven's apartment which was ridiculously packed and just kinda hung out until CRAZY FIRE which was madness. I enjoy Lara and Bernarda a lot. Then we went back to the apartment which was really ridiculous and I got too drunk and threw up. a lot. I feel REALLY bad about this especially because some of it got on steven's bed. Thank you SO much to Shirley & Steven and everyone else who helped me, I REALLY appreciate it.
Thursday everyone slept in a decent amount and then eventually headed out to the arcade, which was fun! I didn't really get to play ITG but many people arrived and it was just nice socializing. This was the beginning of team girl talk! ahahahaha basically I just spent a ton of time with Jane and Shirley :) They are sweet. I know I got KFC with my dad and then cookout super late with Adrian/Jane/Ryan/someone else? and it was delicious.
Friday was more of the same ITG and stuff, and even more people showed up!! LIKE NICOOL <3!!!! New favorite. I qualified really shittily on ITG and decently on DDR, hahaha. The whole weekend was kind of a blur for me just because everything was so much fun so I dunno.
Saturday was more tournament and that was cool, I ended up beating Brian on a questionable random with shitty circumstances, but shit happens sometimes and I've been on the recieving end of it before. Then I promptly lost to Ryan hahahahaahhaha and I beat Milo234 in DDR with good old telephone operator, what a favorite of mine :) The night ended with me losing to Flash at like 11:20 oh my god I was soooo tired. Then we went to sonic I think, which was cool. OH THIS WAS MAPLE STORY NIGHT ADFDFKHFSDSDFH OH MY GOD. So one of the roomates, Nate, had friends who were MAPLE STORY players back and they all got drunk and bellig, as raeven would say and this ended in one of the funniest parts of the weekend, minus me trying to sleep and Andy yelling. Oh I love steven :)
Then Sunday we got to the arcade around 12 and I promptly went to go eat with Nicole and Jane <3 too bad I was up for ITG and almost got DQd so I ran into the arcade and had to piss like a racehorse so I got owned by Luke but I would've lost regardless of my food/pee situation because he played really well this tournament, so good for him :) Then was more sitting and waiting OH and dance dance revolution drama against jay, what a silly time that was! Oh well, guess i'll just never sing again and that's the end of that. I was totally fine with giving him the win though, I just wanted it to be over with! Then I was in a bad mood and just did English homework and Self-Reliance put me in a better mood because I really enjoyed it and I dunno, it was inspirational. Then after sulking I went and hung out and eventually left for my flight which got delayed and I got home really late and went to school okay the end.
Wow, what a long entry. I guess I'll give a few shoutouts but just inevitably miss someone important, so sorry in advance.
Adrian: Thanks for picking us up from the airport and driving me everywhere! I owe you dinner or something next time I see you.
Steven: I LOVE YOU. OH MY GOD. thank you SO much for being sweet, getting food with me, making me laugh SO much (HOW MUCH?!), and helping me out on new year's eve (sorry again!). You are most definitely a favorite!
Nick Denty: You did a REALLY good job. Thanks for being a really nice guy throughout it all and I'm glad there's no hard feelings about ddr drama, because that's silly! Hope to see you in my neck of the woods some time.
Josh: You are awesome. I enjoyed talking to you more than normal and I really appreciated you going over to talk to me and just addressing some stuff. Really good job.
Ryan: I wish you didn't live in California because you make me so happy! Favorite "dad" ever.
Dave: Nice seeing you again, hopefully I'll see you this summer sometime?
Chris: It was a pleasure meeting you again and getting to talk to you, although not a lot. Maybe I'll see you at FFA!
Ryan (FOOS): I love you. You made me laugh all weekend and you are so much fun!! PLEASE
