i heard about this show and was excited, but i forgot, it's a saturday show, it comes on fox, right?

It's a syndicated show, so it comes on different stations in different areas. In my area it only shows on a cable station (WGN), but it may be on FOX where you are. You can check the official website to find out for certain - legendoftheseeker.com.

i'm all confused. i went to the site after seeing the thing with lucy lawless. how old is the show? i looked up my zip code and it's all WXXY or something. i think it's fox here. was it really that good?

Lucy hosted a special behind the scenes look because she's married to one of the producers or something. The show just has its two hour premier Saturday and I really enjoyed it (but I usually enjoy these types of shows). It looks like it airs on Saturdays at 9 p.m. on FOX25 in your area... Also if you use torrents the first two eps are floating around as one file...
