Yes, this is closely related to my last entry, but I thought it was worth putting on here. This may seem Dr. Phill-ish, but hey, I love him.

Ways to cope with stress:

  • Exercise and eat regularly
  • Avoid excess caffeine intake which can increase feelings of anxiety and agitation
  • Avoid illegal drugs, alcohol and tobacco
