As gaming coordinator this year, I am aiming to make the gaming room more welcoming and accessible. I'd like everyone from the newcomer or casual gamer through to the hard-core to feel that the gaming stream has a place for them.

for the first time ever, i'm feeling enthused about dropping into the gaming room this swancon. go you :)

also, i'm thinking about making 4yo nephew's first board-game this weekend. possibly snakes-and-ladders (with 30 squares on the board). i have some biiig cubes of balsa-wood for the dice.
