I have wheel of time series- read most of them, its been a LONG time, though, and I'm not completely sure at this point I can even remember how to read! No attention span sucks! Things been hectic here, but I'm gonna try to visit you soon, maybe next week if you are free.
You might be able to do daycare at your house or find someone willing to let you bring baby privately- or find another agency.
I don't know whats going on with me. I'm babysitting an 8yr old, I'm picking up the boys at the airport tonight, Dax is a needy lil pain in the butt and pees on my carpet, J is employed and liking his job- thats about it in my world. I'm sure there is more, but I can't remember. Need more sleep!
Yeah, even in my break between #2 & #3 I forgot a lot of stuff.
I am free next week. No plans here. I can't really do day care because I'll be going back to school in two months, so I don't think anyone would be interested in just 2 months of daycare.
Pees on the carpet?? Nooooo! Good thing you haven't replaced it yet. I know you were talking about it a while ago. I'd be super pissed if my kid pissed on new carpet. Lucky for us we have wood floors.
I'm glad to hear that J is liking his job. I hope it works out for a long, long, long time!! :)
That was the whole reason I picked it. I didn't know anything about it other than it was in the sci-fi section and it was a long series of nice thick books. I hate it when I get to the end of a really good book, so this way I am able to put that off for a long, long time.
sounds familiar :)almarealJuly 31 2008, 03:59:54 UTC
The first four months are the hardest in terms of the 24/7 constant attending to baby and having no space. After five or six months it really eases up. It is hard. Fo sho. It is such a big change from being baby-less. Good thing they are so stinking cute, huh?

Yes, it is (although I don't think other people think he's as cute as I think he is). And it's good that there is an inborn urge to freak out and fix the baby any time he cries! :)
When he starts playing with toys I think that will help a bit. As it is I can't get any school work done and the prospect of going back at the end of September is a little scary.
