Spare any change? I mean, cell phones?

Got an old unused AT&T or Cingular cell phone lying around that you no longer have use for?

I will trade you for some cookies, or pumpkin bread or something....

My cell phone didn't survive its swim in the sink.

What's your take on pay as you go cell phones?

i don't have any old phones OR know much about pay as you go cell phones, but i've heard if you put a cellphone in a baggie with rice, it can help draw out the water and it will work again....might not work, but maybe it's worth a shot.

good luck!:-\

I second that. Don't try turning it on again-- take the back panel off, take the battery out, and put the phone in a ziplock of rice. Seal the baggie and take a hair dryer to it for about half an hour. My brother stupidly left his cell phone in the pocket of his chest waders when we were out at the lake and his phone fell into the lake. We fished it out and figured that it was f-ed, but brought it back with the rice bag trick. Best of luck!
