Where is my mind?

A few days ago someone asked me how old I was and I said 28.

I *just* realized that I'm not 28.

I'm losing it.

No, I haven't had my birthday yet this year. I'm still 27. :)

I hate that I have to pause and make sure I say the right number when someone asks me that question. 25 just doesn't *sound* right.

I know...I guess I just completely forgot about 27. It sounds better than 28 though...

I couldn't remember how old I was then either. 26-29 just kind of blended right together. Strangely, since my last bday I've had no troubles remembering that I'm 33. Its weird. I'd really like to forget and go back to telling everyone I'm 28.
