Well, I got the phone call today, I've been accepted as a teacher with the NOVA program in Japan. I'll be heading back in May. You may wonder "why is she not bouncing off the walls with joy?" I wish I knew myself...I really am not all that excited about it ( Read more... )

First of all, congratulation for being accepted! That's wonderful and you should be proud about yourself! I can understand in a certain way how you feel. Leaving your friends is always hard, but maybe you should see it this way, that you will meet a lot of new people in Japan. Please don't doubt yourself, you gotta believe in yourself and then everything will work out for you! *hugs*

I ♥ you. :) I can't possibly tell you how to feel, but I would say think about it long and hard. Decide what you think is really important. And in the end, it's a year long program right? So it's not too bad if you go, and then regret it. Though I know a year is a really long time! It's also a very short time. I make no sense. T.T
