Start with your base:
sharpen it once.
then using your blur/soften tool smooth the skin out.
Make a new layer. Floodfill it with #000040. Set it to exclusion at 100% opacity.
Make another new layer and floodfill it with this gradient
(made by me)
and set it to lighten at 100% opacity.
Another new layer.
Use this brush, colour: white.
(I forgot who its by..... its in my userinfo.)
Can't really see it can you?
Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Settings:
And your done!
