Buying a house was way easier than I ever thought it was. It still takes a bunch of work and some tough decision making, but it's not bad. And it's so worth it. One suggestion: I'm a twenty-something, and I'm glad I bought a house with a small yard. Nothing is worse than feeling like I need to do yardwork when my friends want to go out and have fun. Unless, of course, you want a big yard :)
