Because you've mentioned a bit of your history, I think I can see the autobiographical nature of this. There's a lot of pain, resentment, regret. I hope that writing it helped you work through some of these feelings. My heart truly breaks for you.

the woman in the icon is cate blanchett, the actress, but I appreciate the confusion. When my hair is shorter and I weigh less, I like to think I look a little like her. :)
