Chechen rebels have attacked the town of Nalchik, main city of the Muslim Kabardino-Balkaria region, killing at least 12 civilians and wounding many others. Vladimir Putin has placed a "ring of steel" around the town and stated that no gunman is to leave alive. There is estimated to be 150 to 200 militants in the town.

Yeah, she was fine. Turns out it happened close to her house, but she was at work and I think was kept there for safety. Everything's fine now.
