Right now I am currently at my Nutley house. I just rode my bike from Montclair to here to look for my bike lock (since I don't have one at my apartment). Dana left for her big European trip, and it definately feels more empty in the house let me tell you. Tiss quite sad ( Read more... )

The CDC height weight chart state that between 101 and 132 is a healthy weight for someone at 5'1" or so. Be careful with the saltwater, as you may inadvertantly dehydrate yourself.

Once you are down to weight, have you considered sticking with a diabetic diet? It's designed to be balanced(so you can still eat some foods that taste great) and to keep weight down(with diabetics, excess weight means worse blood sugar). Google the CDC diabetic diet. It's actually the one doctors prefer to stick any sort of patient on, due to the balance of nutrition. It's important to supply your body with nutrients in addition to adhereing with whatever vision of yourself you may have.

Thanks for the positive post in the community. I was going to ask if it is OK to add you to my FL if that is OK.

And I am on a detox sort of thing myself. No more soda and way down on the caffeine. See if I debloat
