Well I`m certainly on a roll with this regular updating thing arent I?! hehe!
Looks like Dani & Jenny know me best out of everyone on my Friends list! Whoo!! For those who want to know the answers, they`re under here:
1)My boyfriends name is Martin - everybody should know that! ;)
2)I have crushes on Jensen Ackles, Rachel Bilson & Paul Nicholls...I do NOT have a crush on Matt LeBlanc!
3)I HAVE been a waitress (In college) , a telephone psychic (For about a week!) & a nanny (I nannied for years!) - I have NEVER been a receptionist!
4)I really like Jason Donovan, Marilyn Manson and Barry Manilow ... I HATE Anastacia!
5)Emma, Deanna & Kirsty are 3 of my closest friends...I do not have a friend named Danielle!
6)Penpalling, psychic development & karaoke (As in...Singstar type games!) are 3 of my fave hobbies...I HATE exercising! (I do like dancing though!)
7)The boyfriend I dated before Martin was called Craig...anybody on my friends list for longer than 2 years shoulda known that one! =P, BUT I did date guys called Jamie & Ben years back too so that was kind of a trick question!
8)I have been to Alcudia in Spain, Chicago USA and Isla De Margarita, Venezuela - I have NOT been Paris, France!
9)The country I would most like to visit out of Australia, Italy, France & Germany is....ITALY!
10)Martin's surname is....Nicks!
It seems like EVERY day I`m saying something different regarding the whole moving thing...today is no different!
The apartment I posted up yesterday...is now crossed off the list! Martin went to the area today to check it out, and said no way! They listed it as being on the Quay...and its not. He didn`t like the area at all, so thats not happening!!
BUT he got in contact with a new letting agent about two new properties...One of them is in Platform 101, which I posted about 2 posts back, looks like a really nice place!...and one of them is on the Quay (REALLY this time!). The one on the Quay is only £550 per month including water rates! BUT its a 1 bedroom and I ideally wanted 2...but my dad convinced me that its silly to hold out for a more expensive place with an extra bedroom when it`ll probably be getting used anyway! And as Martin said...we could always get a sofa/bed for the living room for having people stay over!
But the main good point is that this letting agent only charge 1 months rent, 1 months rent as a deposit (The rest charge a month and a half) and £75 fees (The others charge £170!!!) .... which means that it's only going to cost us £587 each if we got that £550 place (Or about £687 if we went for a higher priced one)...Which is FANTASTIC coz I already have that money saved! Which means I just need to save shopping & comfort money now...YAY! =D
My parents are buying us a bed & mattress, and they`re giving us this computer & their dishwasher! And the places we're looking at have fitted kitchens and washing machines...so we really just need a TV & sofa (Which we`ll get on credit). (Martins parents are getting us...a toaster =D )
Yay, its all finally looking possible! =D
Anyway! I haven`t done much of anything today...played Kingdom Hearts 2 for a bit, read my mail (Got two letters from Kirsty today! Thanks chick!), and then had my drama class to teach. Had two new kids in the juniors class....veeeery quiet! Dunno what I`m going to do with them! The classes were super easy though as I just let them watch the DVD of the panto and discuss it! =D
I didn`t realise The OC new series was starting on E4 tonight so I missed that! (Rachel R - Did you watch it??)...oh well, there`s always second chance sunday!
Now I`m going to send my CV off to Build-A-Bear in Exeter, and write some letters while I watch a movie in bed...I think i`ll go for "How to make an American quilt" tonight =D
