Remus/Sirius fic

Aug 09, 2005 11:33

Title: Bed Bug

Rating: PG

Disclaimer: The pups are owned by J.K. Rowling. If I owned them, the canon-ness would be much more obvious :-)

Word Count: 778

Summary: Sirius disrupts Remus' sleep one night in the dormitory by invading his bed-space. The debate that follows crushes any hopes Sirius had about alternative nicknames (Remy and Siri).

“So am I to understand you don’t approve of ‘Remy’?” )

So cute ♥ I love dialogue and all the little bits of humour tucked in :D Are you planning to continue it?

Thanks so much! I donno if I'll continue, cause I can't think of anything else to write. lol, but I'll definitally write more Remus/Sirius fics, regardless if it's connected with this one. It's my lil obsession.

Thanks for reviewing!

Sometimes a fangirl needs a break from her angsty, understated, I Didn't Stay Up All Night Reading Slash -- What Are You Talking About??? Draco/Harry...

...and where else would I come?

I love the image of Peter furtively eating garbage every full moon : )

Mind if I friend?

oh, yay! I would love another friend! And i must say, i have a lil soft spot for Draco/Harry. Especially after the 6th book! Harry was obsessed with Draco and, despite almost killing him, is secretly in love with him. Am i right?

lol, thanks for reviewing and i'll friend you back!

Ooh absolutely -- thin lines between love and hate and all that. After HBP? I feel... vindicated, in all senses of the word. Considering missing a match? Obsessed indeed.

(If you're up for a nice novel-length bit of slash... I highly recommend Maya's Underwater Light -- goes into the dynamic of intense opposing feelings well and spends a summer afternoon nicely : )

oh good lord, novel-length. That scares me. lol, but I promise that I'll give it a try. That is, after I finish my dreaded summer reading (AP English is kicking my ass even before the school year starts).

Thanks for the recommendation! I do love a good bit of slash :)

They sound so boyish, and it was so much fun to read. And the hand holding was oh so lovely.

haha, sounding boyish for Remus and Sirius is definitely a good thing. I hate it when ppl make them sound like little girls--don't Remy and Siri sound like the names of little blonde girls with pigtails? But I think hand holding could be considered manly, heehee.

Thank you for reviewing!

Awww! thats cute! I liked how you wrote it, its great!

And i agree about those nicknames, they are rather horrible!

Thanks so much! I'm glad so many people agree with me about the ludicracy of these nicknames. Perhaps we should start some kind of club. The What Is the Matter With You Moony and Padfoot are Perfectly Acceptable Nicknames and Remy and Siri are Rediculous Club.

lol, maybe you should think of the name. Thanks for reviewing!

Thats an idea! Spread the word about how ridiculus it is to call them Remy and Siri! Plus, it could be fun!

I like the one you thought of! erm.... The Remy And Siri? What Are You On? Club? I'm no good with coming up with names.

haha, but remember, this is a very dangerous task. It is very possible that one of our own could die at the hand of a Remy-Siri-lover. But don't forget the golden rule--never leave another fangirl behind!

Much love, not only for the natural cuteness of the fic, but for pointing out the lameness that is "Remy and Siri".

haha, thanks! As I said in the above comment, I think we should all start a club where we spread the word of the nickname crisis. It's very important that we let the little ones know that "Remy and Siri" are unacceptable names for the pups.

heehee, thanks for reviewing!

Indeed! It is our duty as mature fangirls well, sort of to guide the young onesXD
