i dont want to grow up. i'm continually reminded about colleges, and that next year i'll have to start applying, which worries me an incredible amount. because if i dont get into university of illinois (with a 3.85 and somewhere around a 29 act) then i'm screwed, because my parents wont pay out of state tuition unless i get some sort of ( Read more... )

believe me...you do not have to be worried. UofI or UW-Madison is where I have to go....and the ppl on the college visit said I will probably get in and I got a 28 on my practice ACT and I have a 3.5 GPA and sports and clubs....you are in swim and dive right? and I dono if you do any clubs....but you should be fine. Dont sweat it, youll do fine!

of course it is....I got my annotations back and Im pissed. I got a 39/50.....I did a crap load too. Ugh..

Hey, stop being a worrywartface!! With those grades, PSAT/PACT/ACT score(s) and all the extra-curricular activities you are involved in, you are totally in. Just make sure you apply early though, less stress.

yeah i'd agree with the others..
but ui (iowa) is an amazing school and it's beautiful there,
so that's not a bad option.

I am thinking about applying there.
They have the best business program imaginable and I would possibly like to have a career in Accounting.
