Opinions
Abortion: I think that abortion is fine how it is, if you don't want to have a baby, you don't have to have a baby. But I think if you are going to go through with abortion, you should consider all the other options carefully first.
Drugs/Alcohol: Got nothing against either of them. Sure they can be dangerous, but it's your own fault if you get addicted or whatever. Some drugs are a bit pointless though, like solvents and things that can cause instant death...I guess all of them could, but I solvents aren't necessary so they're pointless in my eyes.
Eating Disorders: Erm, well...I think this is a very sad thing, eating disorders. I don't really know what to write about them, to be honest. I did a play on anorexia and bulemia in year 8 and it was upsetting really. It's sad to think that people are that upset with their body's that they feel they should stop eating or something.
Cigarettes: I personally like the smell/taste of certain cigarettes, but they are cancerous and highly addictive and I don't think they should be legal, really as the death rate caused by cigarettes is so high.
Same sex marrage: If you're in love, you're in love. Who cares if you're the same sex? People who have a problem with it, deal with it.
Depression/Self-Injury: Again, a sad topic. It's horrible to think that someone is so upset with their lives and the situation they're in that they 'resolve' to self-injury. Depression is also sad, but I don't really think that depression is...I dunno... I think that if people could talk about what's bothering them, it would help. That is real hypocrital of myself, cause I can't talk about what I feel ever, but I'm sure it would help if I did.
