Well, it's the new year... and among many many things... this means TV will start sucking less! So...

DARIA! I so remember that show, and I loved it too.

I saw where the MovieStop store here had some movie
disks, but it was a series, too, right?
I remember one when Jane went off to camp and one girl
tried to make a move on her.. that's about all I remember.

The seasons aren't on DVD yet (which is insane to me) but there's a lot of bootlegs out there. The movies are out though? I should start hunting used shops first for those...

How to Look Good Naked seems interesting. My roommates watch Next Top Model and as beautiful as all those girls are, I can't see any of them leaving that show without a complex. Its horrific. Though, its interesting that when you see so many 'beautiful' women in the same room, they all start to look quite plain.

I've seen it, and it's insane... but it's an insane business. And with Tyra's previous eating disorder, she doesn't let a lot fly.

MTV had this show... I want to say it was called something like Model Search... and they let those models just rip eachother to shreds. There was an Indian woman who was 120 pounds, and gorgeous, and the other girls mocked incessantly. Eventually she just broke, couldn't stop crying, and asked to leave the show. And the girls went on like it was nothing.
