i think i am going to buy a light box. i hope it works. if not, it really is time for some medicine. five years is too long to deal with an imaginary illness. i think after that point, it's gone from "imaginary" to "real".

if i wasnt so attached to my xanga and livejournal being named "cassette tape", i would start new ones and call them "inevitable momentum".

well, todays the day that was making me so upset.
it's not easy. i really dont like this part of me that remembers like this. it makes things hard, and i feel like i shouldn't care anymore, but i can't help it.
i need a real diary again, because i cant write anything personal on livejournal or xanga anymore. i want to keep myself hidden again.
