today was my first day back at work after recent events.
jackie gave me a welcome back present.

today was mum's funeral. i really do miss her so much.
today was one of those days when you need your mum most. -

sorted out the funeral this morning with dad.
they were nice there.
dad was on the brink of tears the whole time.
it was difficult. to say the least.
still hasn't hit me yet. i don't think it will now till i least expect it. -

yesterday mum was put into a place which is like a hospital, only in the form of a homely...home. i am going to see her soon. she is so very ill. her liver is failing now.
in other news, this week me and luke have

i don't think it's normal to be as tired as i am at the moment.
i have been getting home from work, sitting down and literally falling straight to sleep and not waking up until luke wakes me up so i can go up to bed.
the only reason i'm awake now is because i'm sitting with mum. but i'm struggling to keep my eyes open.

this afternoon, i dragged myself out of bed, made a cup of tesco value tea and sat down to play spiderman 2 on the gamecube when someone started knocking on my front door. i opened the door and realised that i was still in my dressing gown and hadn't removed my make-up from the previous day, but was thankful when i realised it was my dad. and ( Read more... )
