I feel really bad about saying this, but Cecilia is a brat. She really is. She's a spoiled brat. I'm guessing she gets away with a lot at her moms, because she told me "Fuck you, Amy" quite a few times. The next time she says that, I'm putting soap or something on her tongue. So the state of Nevada overcharged everyone with their taxes, right? So now they've decided to be nice and give it back. But because all my stuff is in Utah, I dont see a dime. Or a penny!
