so after spending the better part of an hour making hot buttered rum batter, i tried half a spoonful.
and quickly realized that the bowl of sugar i added was really salt.
so tonight we're drinking rum straight out of the mugs with cinnamon sticks as stirrers and pretending it is delicious!

i googled "lefse". looks delicious, but it sounds like you can make some sugar/salt mishaps there too.
